Miss Tsang-Wright is efficient, responsive, caring, kind and very talented at the mechanics of her job too. She and Mr Tanos worked brilliantly together on my mastectomy and reconstruction and both of them took the time to come and see me in hospital afterwards and make sure I was doing well. What impressed me particularly was Miss Tsang-Wright's communication with me and across the team. She always gave me results almost as soon as she had them by telephone, keeping me updated and well informed, which was reassuring and also enabled us to discuss the decisions we made about my treatment so that I felt involved and consulted. She is a really lovely person, but also gets the job done efficiently and my treatment went so smoothly thanks to her effective project management. In terms of the surgery itself, the two surgeons have done an amazing job, saving my nipple and leaving me with a perfectly good figure, healthy scars and a nice flat tummy! My breasts are a little out of sync, but I really can't complain. And I am cancer-free (as far as I know), which is fantastic and I am so grateful for the speed with which I was treated, and the effectiveness of that treatment, based on their advice and expertise. Thank you so much, Miss Tsang-Wright, for everything you have done for me, and for being talented technically as well as empathetic and efficient. One year on, I am running long distances, playing netball and living my normal life, thanks to you.

Dr Tsang-Wright is an amazing surgeon, professional, skillful with a good bedside manner, I wouldn't hesitate recommending her. Finding myself on the other side as a health professional I was fortunate to be under her care and she didn't disappoint. From prelimary investigations to breast surgery and post op Dr Tsang-Wright found the right balance of instilling confidence whilst being compassionate and had time to listen despite a busy clinic. Dr Fiona Tsang-Wright and the breast clinic team were excellent, friendly and put one at ease, thank-you.

After years of chronic health issues, I have had multiple visits to conventional doctors and hospitals and had some quite traumatic experiences, this has put me off conventional medicine and I now have my health back thanks to Systematic Kinesiology which I now practice and help others. When I knew I needed to go for scan at High Wycombe hospital I had a massive sense of dread because of previous experience. It was my first visit to High Wycombe hospital and I was totally blown away, all the staff were amazingly friendly, organised and helpful! Dr Tsang-Wright was incredible, she was very friendly and warm and made you feel genuinely listened to and validated, please keep up the good work, a lot for other doctors could take a leaf out of her book, its not just ticking technical boxes to treat a condition its important to remember their is a human being in front of you! Amazing hospital, has restored my faith in the conventional medicine system. Caralyn xx

I cannot praise Miss Tsang-Wright and the breast care team at Wycombe hospital enough. I received excellent treatment, their main objective was being thorough. Alongside the medical I was struck by how everyone was so nice to me. Until now I have not troubled the NHS with anything, having had three babies privately. I believed one needed to pay In order to get good treatment. I could not have been more wrong. I am completely converted to how wonderful the NHS, is all due to Miss Tsang-Wright and her team. I would also like my thanks to go to Mr H Meshawi for all his efforts on my behalf. Jane Hudson

A very straight forward and simple appointment on a busy clinic day. I was given the opportunity to ask questions at the end but did not need to as Dr Tsang-Wright had been very thorough. A professional, polite, pleasant and highly efficient interaction that was no longer than it needed to be.

All her clinics are set up with the best patient experience in mind: she will examine the patient and then arrange for imaging to be done at the same appointment (One-Stop Clinic) as she believes that this enables her to reassure her patients as quickly as possible, and reduce the anxiety of waiting for tests. Her feedback is positive and she is proud that she can make the experience of attending her clinic as pleasant and straight-forward as possible.

She also liaises closely with consultant plastic surgeons for autologous reconstructions such as DIEP / LD.

Fiona has worked in different healthcare systems around the world and uses the experience gained in Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai for the management of her patients in the UK. She has a demonstrable record in medical management at national, regional and local levels.
